We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as an European Sales Strategy Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business expansion and increase profitability for Emerson's Measurement Solutions in Europe.

Your key objectives will include identifying and securing strategic project sales pursuits in key industry segments, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining a clear mega-project horizon funnel. You will also work closely with executive management to leverage opportunities and improve competitive advantages.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify key industry segments and strategic project sales opportunities;
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver value to critical customers at all levels;
  3. Pursuit Leadership: Drive the sales strategy, guide sales, and support resources through a structured pursuit sales process over multiple years;
  4. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure successful project execution;
  5. Customer Relationships: Establish connections with key customers, FEED/EPC contractors, and major partners;
