Job Overview:

The Cosmetics Sales and Development Leader will oversee the global service portfolio for the cosmetics & hygiene laboratories, encompassing analytical, microbiological, in vitro testing, and regulatory services.

This role requires strong technical expertise in at least one area of cosmetics & hygiene testing services (analytical/chemical, microbiological, in vitro cell-based assays).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate technical exchanges and method transfers to maintain high quality standards
  • Drive initiatives to support sales and operational growth within the cosmetics & hygiene sector
  • Collaborate closely with SGS Market Affiliates to shape and implement business development strategy for cosmetics & hygiene in key strategic markets
  • Engage with other Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to foster cross-BU and cross-regional projects, leveraging synergies for enhanced service offerings and client satisfaction
  • Contribute as an integral member of the CD&H management team, participating in strategic planning and identifying new business development opportunities
