Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales targets for contracts and revenue.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop an efficient go-to-market strategy for Poland in the manufacturing customer segment, utilizing personal network and connections to clients and potential partners.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate pipeline of new business opportunities, including access to and alignment with customer C-levels.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including solution development, deal term negotiation, and contract closing process.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure that appropriate expectations are being established and documented.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of successful enterprise manufacturing technology sales experience in tier one, two, and three manufacturing customers ($500M and larger).
  • Successful Track Record: Demonstrable experience at complex selling to business executives and top management (C-level) with repeated success at over-achieving $2M+ quotas.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to act independently, resourcefully, and adaptably, with an achievement-oriented mindset.
  • Team Player: Open-minded, hands-on, team-oriented, and down-to-earth communicator with good experience interacting within the sales organization.
