About the Job

Category Manager Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Category Manager to join our team. As a Category Manager, you will play a critical role in driving category growth and developing strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in category management, with 3+ years of professional experience in the FMCG industry. They will possess excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to engage and influence retailers through strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive category growth by analyzing external data and customer insights.
  • Develop and execute category vision, including initiatives for key growth platforms related to shelf/category management.
  • Collaborate with customers to deepen relationships and drive business growth, following the customer collaboration framework.
  • Identify and execute projects to achieve excellent instore execution in line with Picture of Success.
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide distribution targets at planning stage.
