About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the Asia region. As a Regional Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the Asian region for health monitoring and baby care appliances.

Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors within family health monitoring electronics, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and e-commerce partners in the given region to ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinating the launch of new products in the market, ensuring optimal positioning and entry strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role on Asian Markets and a strong and active business network among electronics distributors and partners in Asian countries. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and handle high-value clients and complex negotiations is essential.

Your Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Asian region for health monitoring and baby care appliances.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors within family health monitoring electronics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and e-commerce partners in the given region to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the launch of new products in the market, ensuring optimal positioning and entry strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
