Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities of our drivers and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their tasks efficiently.
You will work closely with our fleet partners to establish strong relationships, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance our services.
In addition, you will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our supply base and key accounts, analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and develop strategies to improve performance.
You will also collaborate with central teams and external partners to design and implement financial and non-financial incentives for our key account partners.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in operations, consulting, start-up, business development, or a related field.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with teams outside of your direct line.
- Fluent Polish and upper-intermediate English language skills, both verbal and written.
