**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor S2P Helpdesk Specialist with English to join our team at Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates.
This individual will be responsible for delivering Source to Pay Helpdesk services across multiple geographies, acting as the main point of contact for Suppliers & Buying community in their assigned region.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze data and assess information quickly.
**Responsibilities:**
- Act as a central point of contact for queries related to Source to Pay process for internal & external stakeholders.
- Work to improve efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems, processes & documentation.
- Provide support to Suppliers, Buyers & requisitioners, other MGS departments and stakeholders.
- Support Senior Specialists, Team Coordinators & Line Managers in operational scope and projects – when requested.
**Requirements:**
- University degree preferred in: Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, International Business and Procurement.
- 1 + year of working experience in a similar position in procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance departments.
- Direct processes knowledge – nice to have.
- Good knowledge and understanding of core commercial/procurement competencies.
