Job Summary

We are seeking a Tax Process Lead to join our team. As a Tax Process Lead, you will be responsible for performing F&A processes/Tax process in external or internal projects, data analysis and data overview, participating and leading client calls, participating in various tax projects, designing and driving improvements for business processes, supporting engagements in tax processes, and participating in other indirect tax projects e.g. tax treatment & process review, transition of tax processes from client to outsourcing partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing F&A processes/Tax process in external or internal projects
  • Data analysis and data overview
  • Participating and leading client calls
  • Participating in various tax projects
  • Designing and driving improvements for business processes
  • Supporting engagements in tax processes
  • Participating in other indirect tax projects e.g. tax treatment & process review, transition of tax processes from client to outsourcing partner
Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of professional experience in F&A processes RTR, OTC, PTP and TAX or in similar position
  • English level min. B2
  • Polish language is a must
  • Commendable SAP knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of MS Excel (preparation of reports, VLOOKUP function, pivot tables, use and maintenance of VBA macros)
  • Experience in customer facing roles, calls and negotiations
  • Problem solving orientation with action-based approach to challenges
  • High analytical skills, paying attention to details while working with data and reports
  • Highly developed organizing skills for managing multiple projects or tasks in variable time windows
