Role Overview

As a SAP Group Reporting Consultant at Heineken, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial reporting processes. You will work closely with the SAP Group Reporting Product Architect to understand and elicit requirements, analyze and configure solutions, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the SAP Group Reporting Product Architect to understand and elicit requirements, analyze and configure solutions, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant developments in the field and ensure the development, transfer, and retention of knowledge.
  • Deliver working functional enhancements, including writing and reviewing functional specs and test scripts, within the allocated timescale and quality standards.
  • Provide support to end-users for issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and training.
  • Manage the quality of the solution and technical debt.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and propose solutions to resolve these.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to other team members on changes throughout the design process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics, or Finance/Economics studies.
  • Minimum 5 years of financial consulting experience, ideally in Financial Consolidation tools.
  • Experience with consolidation tools.
  • Good understanding of the consolidation process.
  • Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people.
  • Team player mindset and ability to work effectively and in an agile way at all levels of the product teams.
  • Ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP Technical experience, including SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO product configuration experience.
  • Experience with other SAP Group Reporting/ICMR products.
  • ITIL knowledge.
