About the Job

This role is an opportunity to work hand-in-hand with our VP of Product, diving deep into the heart of our marketing initiatives. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for managing general documentation for the team, updating documents as necessary, creating appropriate tasks, and sending reminders. You will also take and manage meeting notes, make various requests as assigned by the VP of Product, and schedule meetings with the team as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Add new tasks to the planning and move uncompleted tasks to the coming week
  • Check the Asana inbox and ping everyone who didn't finish the task or moved the deadline
  • Manage general documentation for the team, update documents as necessary, create appropriate tasks, and send reminders
  • Take and manage meeting notes
  • Make various requests as assigned by the VP of Product
  • Schedule meetings with the team as needed, including matching calendars, choosing the best time, and writing descriptions and agendas
  • Manage emails with general requests and forward/ping to relevant people in the department
Requirements
  • Fluent communication skills of written and spoken Ukrainian
  • 1.5+ years of experience as an assistant, preferably an assistant of Head of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer, or VP of Marketing
  • Fluent writing and communication skills in English (C1+)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with many different departments the VP of Product is involved with on a daily basis, and follow up on tasks completion
