Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Strategy and Sales Operations Lead to join our Google Cloud team. As a key member of our Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will partner with regional leadership to develop the organization's strategy, drive business growth, and scale our operations.

About the Role

As a Strategic Sales Operations Director, you will be responsible for defining, landing, and executing on key strategic priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. You will help plan, set goals, design territories, and manage business activities, providing critical business insights and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

You will drive strategic partnerships, execute new initiatives, and align company priorities with day-to-day operations. With a focus on accelerating business growth, you will measure progress against goals, identify gaps, and develop/implement plans to bridge them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional leadership to develop the organization's strategy, including organization design, growth, and business planning.
  • Drive business growth by developing/executing initiatives to accelerate growth and scale.
  • Establish and shape the way we work, through operational cadence, content of reviews, improvement initiatives, metrics, insights, and reporting.
  • Run the business for your region, owning key processes such as business reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
