Creative Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Professional to join our In-House Content Production Team in Kraków. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective visual content for our global and regional campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with experience in digital, print, and social content projects. You will be expected to work closely with our client brand guidelines and manage the day-to-day running of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept to completion. You will be responsible for designing pieces, including illustrations and infographics, collaborating with other designers to ensure high-quality and consistency, and refining images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong aesthetic sense, with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts. You should also be proficient in design software, such as InDesign, and have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production.
Responsibilities
- Design pieces, including illustrations and infographics;
- Collaborate with other designers to ensure high-quality and consistency;
- Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software;
- Apply typography techniques;
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services;
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects;
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met;
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools;
- Collaborate with Senior Creative Specialist/Creative Leads for other Teams to ensure proper consistency.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Graphic/Integrated Designer or similar role;
- Portfolio of completed design projects (mandatory - applications without updated portfolio will not be taken under consideration);
- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
- Proficient in design software (InDesign);
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts;
- Attention to visual details;
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team;
- Advanced English is a must;
- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field.
