Job Title: Creative Director - Brand Strategy Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to lead our brand strategy and identity efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand strategies that drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of brand positioning, consumer targeting, and product features to increase brand growth and content development.
  • Partner with our studio team to determine market opportunity assessments and go-to-market strategies.
  • Distill large volumes of consumer research and market trends into actionable insights that inform strategies for brand performance and activation executions.
  • Write, critique, and refine short-form content pieces, including product commercials.
  • Direct voice actors, external production partners, and composers with clear creative direction.
  • Pitch creative work through the lens of insights, communicating why an idea is right for our audience, at this time, and in this place.
  • Work closely with our marcom strategy, brand marketing, and channel intelligence teams to develop and refine ideas based on insights and strategies.
  • Collaborate with our channel and UA teams to develop and support creative on their channels and platforms.
  • Assume a cross-functional leadership role in promoting agreement to goals and responsibility for results across departments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a writer within a creative agency or entertainment company.
  • Proven experience writing and executing short-form films.
  • Proven experience executing a high volume of content at speed.
  • A storyteller with an understanding of cohesive narrative across all content.
  • A creator who drives creativity that inspires breakthrough activations and content.
  • Insights into turning insights into breakthrough ideas.
  • A love for the rich mythology and culture around entertainment storytelling.
  • Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies (welcome).
