Store Operations and Leadership

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Salomon in Piaseczno. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading our store team to achieve sales goals, maintain brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Store Operations
    • Achieve daily and weekly sales goals by effectively managing the store team and ensuring excellent customer service.
    • Monitor and maintain brand standards, including visual merchandising and store appearance.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive store environment.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Identify and address performance gaps, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by being approachable, knowledgeable, and responsive to customer needs.
    • Empower team members to provide outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should possess a minimum of 18 months of relevant experience in a management role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales goals. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
