This Commercial Excellence Business Partner role within the UKI region presents an exciting opportunity to make your mark as a strong Commercial Business Partner. You will have the autonomy to shape best practices by reviewing current processes and introducing efficiencies that feed into the Global Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) model.
Your Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Producing sales data for incentive plans
- Setting and sense-checking sales force targets
- Measuring and tracking sales force performance in sales and activity
- Collating data from heterogeneous sources and aggregating processes
You will work closely with Global Business Services to ensure high-quality and accurate data processing, reflected in Power BI Reporting dashboards. Your analytical skills and expertise in Power BI, Excel, and VBA/SQL will be essential in supporting business decisions.
