We are seeking an experienced Category Management Specialist to join our team at BIURO DORADCZE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sourcing strategies within a given IT category.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a proven track record of success in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management. They will be expected to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, business units, suppliers, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business goals and objectives.
- Manage the assessment, selection, and development of strategic suppliers to meet commodity cost and performance goals.
- Establish and maintain a strong network of relationships with customers, business units, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Research and benchmark current commodity market conditions, develop strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for the procurement of contracts, including the management of cost, schedule, and performance parameters.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Economics, Administration, Supply Chain, or other relevant field.
- A minimum of five years' experience in procurement of indirect spend.
- Proven track record of leading processes with documented results.
- Experience as a Project Manager.
- Affinity with information systems and data structures.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English.
