Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Expert to drive tactical sourcing services with operational efficiency. This role requires strong negotiation and contracting skills, as well as the ability to optimize Source to Pay processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of tactical sourcing services.
  • Lead independent RfX, negotiations, and contracting for small value projects, aligning with strategic sourcing for best value.
  • Contribute to optimizing Source to Pay processes and developing procurement systems.
  • Report volumes, performance, and selected KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in procurement/supply management, along with an academic or higher vocational degree.
  • Proven track record of leading sourcing project execution, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Awareness of technical and legal requirements is a plus.
