The Role: As a Growth Strategy Analyst, you will drive business performance by executing high-impact initiatives. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, aligning teams, identifying strategic opportunities, and leading implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal data analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Problem Solving: Break down complex business problems into structured frameworks, develop hypotheses, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution and measurable impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Execution: A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time with accuracy and impact.
  • Business Acumen: Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant, ideally in a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, including at least intermediate experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Communication: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for collaborating with global teams and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Adaptability: The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Top-Tier Consulting Experience: Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) or in a high-impact strategy/operations role.
  • CRM Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
