As a key member of Aon's leadership team, the Corporate Strategy and Integration Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth strategy and overseeing the successful integration of acquired businesses. Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired businesses, including the alignment of processes, systems, and cultures.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities, and develop business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure successful integration and achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and integration.
  • Deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions, including integration methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
