Senior IT Security Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Services Manager to join our team at ING.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage IT security services provided within the ING Group globally.
- Support and cooperate internally within our organization and with our Customers.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure services' compliance with company guidelines.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track Customer service levels.
- Build and productize new services delivered to Business Customers.
- Improve efficiency and quality of reporting and processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years proven experience in managing services and supporting Business Customers in an international environment.
- Collaborative approach and ability to build partnership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to cope with a rapidly changing environment.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of methodologies and standards such as ITIL/ Agile/ Scrum/ COBIT/ Lean/ Six Sigma/ Prince2 Agile.
- Experience in services' building and productization.
- Understanding of IT security topics.
- Developed understanding of banking or finances.
