**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Security Services Delivery Manager to join our team. The role involves managing services and supporting business customers in an international environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare timely reports on service performance with high quality. Provide data analyses requested by management.
- Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for business customers. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Seek automation and suggest improvements in current reporting processes. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track customer service levels.
- Servicing Agreements: Manage agreements and other related documentation. Budgeting and planning are also part of this responsibility.
**Requirements**
- Experience: 3+ years proven experience in managing services and supporting business customers in an international environment.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborative approach and ability to build partnership. Ability to develop positive relationships with different stakeholders.
- Planning and Detail-Oriented: Excellent in planning and paying attention to details.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to manage expectations.
**Desirable Skills**
- Automation and Data Visualization: Experience in automating reports using Power Query. Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- IT Security and Methodologies: Experience and understanding of IT security topics. Familiarity with methodologies and standards such as ITIL/ Agile/ Scrum/ COBIT/ Lean/ Six Sigma/ Prince2Agile.
