As an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia, we have over three years of experience in building projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly with our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions.

For a long-term project, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer/ Consultant who will be part of our small team. Your duties will include:

  • Designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet business needs.
  • Leveraging deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules to develop and manage solutions for complex challenges.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing expert support to ensure smooth project implementation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator.
  • In-depth knowledge of various ServiceNow features.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant languages.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, DocuSign, Qualys, Jira, Rally, and other common integrations.
  • A strong understanding of ITIL best practices and change management processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Very good English and Polish language skills.
