About the Role:

Soitron Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled IT Solution Architect to lead the technical delivery of projects based on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in IT or customer support organizations and 3-5 years of experience as a solution architect in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical delivery of projects using ServiceNow platform
  • Define technical solutions at architectural and design levels
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior architects and development teams
  • Deliver compelling solution demonstrations across ServiceNow platform
  • Design and deliver technical integrations between ServiceNow, client IT, and business services
  • Assist development teams in resolving complex technical issues throughout project lifecycle
  • Manage and communicate with external client teams during sales process and post-sales deliveries
  • Lead and participate in RFPs and provide technology solution content

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or customer support organizations
  • 3-5 years of experience as a solution architect in ServiceNow delivery implementation
  • Proven experience in consulting/professional services and technical delivery
  • A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on ServiceNow platform
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
  • Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 2 product suites
  • Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
  • Strong expertise in scripting on ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS
  • Deep understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions
