Customer Service Specialist

As a Technical Support Representative at Medtronic, you will be the primary customer contact for the Service & Repair team across various product ranges. About the RoleYou will be located in Warsaw, Poland, working in a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 as home office). Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing administrative/clerical support to colleagues and external customers, answering and processing service requests and service-related questions.
- Daily communication via phone and emails with external customers and vendors, as well as internal communication with Service Engineers, workshop teams, and other internal teams.
- System administration of service requests in ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce.
- Daily follow-up of open service orders and queries.
- Invoicing and dispute management.
- Creation of repair, maintenance, and parts sales price quotations, including follow-up.
- Demonstrating 100% compliance with Quality procedures and training, and completing 100% of closed-loop process for Service & Repair.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native Polish language skills (spoken and written), with a very good command of English (B2 level).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A good command of MS Office.
- The ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
- A team player mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a positive attitude.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience and the ability to work independently.
Experience in a similar environment, along with proficiency in SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce, would be advantageous. Knowledge of Lithuanian or Ukrainian would also be an asset.
