As a Technical Support Representative at Medtronic, you will be the primary customer contact for the Service & Repair team across various product ranges. This role offers an excellent career choice if you enjoy problem-solving, assisting people, and having a direct influence on your company's bottom line.

About the Role

You will be located in Warsaw, Poland, working in a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 as home office). Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing administrative/clerical support to colleagues and external customers, answering and processing service requests and service-related questions.
  • Daily communication via phone and emails with external customers and vendors, as well as internal communication with Service Engineers, workshop teams, and other internal teams.
  • System administration of service requests in ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce.
  • Daily follow-up of open service orders and queries.
  • Invoicing and dispute management.
  • Creation of repair, maintenance, and parts sales price quotations, including follow-up.
  • Demonstrating 100% compliance with Quality procedures and training, and completing 100% of closed-loop process for Service & Repair.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native Polish language skills (spoken and written), with a very good command of English (B2 level).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A good command of MS Office.
  • The ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
  • A team player mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience and the ability to work independently.

Experience in a similar environment, along with proficiency in SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce, would be advantageous. Knowledge of Lithuanian or Ukrainian would also be an asset.
