Customer Service Specialist with Spanish, Warsaw

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with Spanish for our Client, a global leader in Cybersecurity.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing English and German speaking customer service (1st line IT/Tech Support) via email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. English and German speaking customer service (1st line IT/Tech Support)
  2. Data entry into the system
  3. Supporting customers with cybersecurity basics

You should possess:

  1. Excellent English and German language skills at C1 level
  2. Highly developed interpersonal skills
  3. A desire to develop in the area of professional customer service
  4. Strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
