Spanish-Speaking Customer Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spanish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

About the Role:

This is an onsite position that requires fluent Spanish and B2-level English proficiency. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not essential - training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide top-tier customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for each customer.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our web services to offer accurate support and assistance to customers.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders, and support them with any web service-related inquiries.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support to customers, guiding them through our digital platforms (training provided).
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to solve customer issues and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish.
  • English Proficiency: A solid command of English for internal communication and documentation.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required. We are ready to train the right candidate.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Self-Motivation: As this is an onsite role, the candidate must be comfortable working in the office environment and collaborating with team members.
