Customer Advisor (Danish or Norwegian)

Work with Cross Border Talents in Warsaw, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle inbound calls and chats in Danish to advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services.
  2. Change reservations in terms of time and destination, as well as personal data.
  3. Process special service requests, including wheelchairs, special assistance, and animals.
  4. Cancellation and refund of tickets.
  5. Assist customers with purchasing airline tickets and various payment methods.
  6. Support customers experiencing travel difficulties.
Requirements:
  1. Danish language skills at C1 level (spoken and written).
  2. Positive attitude and enjoyment of communicating with customers and colleagues.
  3. Previous experience in customer service, digital platforms, and CRM tools is advantageous.

  3. Training takes place in English, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. After three months, you will be upskilled and assigned new tasks.
  4. Employment contract for full-time work, with the first contract lasting three months. After a probation period, we extend the contract to a fixed-term arrangement based on business needs and employee performance.
  5. Shift work, five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Saturday and Sunday shifts twice a month.
