Customer Advisor Danish or Norwegian, Warsaw Poland

Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls and chats in Danish to advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services.
- Change reservations in terms of time and destination, as well as personal data.
- Process special service requests, including wheelchairs, special assistance, and animals.
- Cancellation and refund of tickets.
- Assist customers with purchasing airline tickets and various payment methods.
- Support customers experiencing travel difficulties.
- Danish language skills at C1 level (spoken and written).
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in customer service, digital platforms, and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Work for a renowned Nordic 5-star airline, SAS.
- A comprehensive, two-month training program combining hands-on learning and dedicated support from a training buddy.
- Training takes place in English, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. After three months, you will be upskilled and assigned new tasks.
- Employment contract for full-time work, with the first contract lasting three months. After a probation period, we extend the contract to a fixed-term arrangement based on business needs and employee performance.
- Shift work, five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Saturday and Sunday shifts twice a month.
