Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Danish-speaking customer service advisor to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers across various channels.

About the Role

This is a full-time employment opportunity with a dynamic and international work environment. You will have the chance to work for one of the largest, well-known Nordic 5-star airlines and receive fully paid training in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and issues related to flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services.
  • Process changes to reservations, both in terms of time and destination, as well as personal data.
  • Handle special service requests, including wheelchair assistance, special assistance, and animals.
  • Cancel and refund tickets as needed.
  • Aid customers in purchasing airline tickets and processing different payment methods.
  • Support customers experiencing travel difficulties.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in Danish (C1 level) and be able to work effectively in an international team.
