Job Summary

Andersen is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join its team. As a Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for managing accounting, reporting, and documentation, as well as supporting the mandatory audit in the group of companies. You will also be responsible for maintaining and controlling the positive Cash Balance of the group of companies, interacting with outsourcing accounting departments, and controlling their work. Additionally, you will assess the financial result for the period, prepare periodic reports, and interact with banks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounting, reporting, and documentation.
  • Support the mandatory audit in the group of companies.
  • Maintain and control the positive Cash Balance of the group of companies.
  • Interact with outsourcing accounting departments.
  • Control their work and reconcile data on reports with management accounting.
  • Assess the financial result for the period and prepare periodic reports.
  • Interact with banks and fill out primary documentation.
  • Work with credit and deposit accounts.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of work experience.
  • Higher education (economist, accountant).
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting.
  • Experience with currency payments, including foreign banks, is desirable.
  • Practical experience with Internet Banking systems and proficiency in 1C software is an advantage.
  • Responsibility, attentiveness, readiness for large and intensive workloads, stress resistance.
  • Proficient user of Excel; 1C 8.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets: creating charts, diagrams, pivot tables.
  • Analytical mindset, responsibility, reliability, attentiveness, initiative.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
