About the Role:
As a Retail Sales Associate at adidas, you will play a key role in driving sales and exceeding store targets by inspiring consumer loyalty to our brand. You will be responsible for effectively serving and selling to customers, executing store operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership over them, and utilize all available store resources to meet or exceed them
- Customer Service: Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
- Brand Ambassadorship: Consistently exhibit the Brand Attitude and Values, promoting a positive brand image
- Product Knowledge: Utilize Seasonal Brand and product knowledge effectively during sales interactions to strengthen customers' connection to our brand
- Communication: Clearly communicate product features and benefits to address customers' needs
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to all established policies and procedures
- Visual Merchandising: Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
- Merchandise Delivery: Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, constantly replenishing merchandising fixtures to ensure our entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
- Cash Handling: Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately
- Loss Prevention: Minimize loss in both the stockroom and the sales floor
- Store Operations: Perform all store operations in a safe, effective, and efficient manner
- Collaboration: Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members
- Training and Development: Complete all applicable training programs and apply learning on the job
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent speaker of Polish and intermediate speaker of English
- Retail Professional Competencies:
- Work Experience: Preferably between 1-2 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
- Basic Skills: Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
