As a Sales Delivery Director with TTEC, you will be part of bringing humanity to business. Acting as the face of TTEC, you'll work closely with multiple clients to discuss goals and needs, align your team with new project information, and actively improve processes and performance to enhance results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage communications with clients and business partners to ensure a healthy relationship and aligned goals
  • Motivate others by driving client messages to your team, then engage and support staff to ensure projects are on track and up to date
  • Improve key success metrics associated with goals, such as forecasting accuracy, revenue and margin goals, satisfaction scores, and call volume projections

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work or sales management experience
  • Minimum 3 years sales call center or outbound sales management experience
  • Continuously promote a performance-driven culture and work towards reaching for amazing
  • Consistently mentor and inspire others
  • Customer-focused mindset
