TTEC's award-winning employment experience is looking for a Sales Delivery Director to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a Sales Delivery Director, you will be the face of TTEC, responsible for managing client relationships, motivating your team, and driving results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Actively manage communications with clients and business partners to ensure a healthy relationship and aligned goals
• Motivate others by driving client messages to your team and actively engaging and supporting staff to ensure projects are on track and up to date with the latest information
• Improve key success metrics associated with goals, such as forecasting accuracy, revenue and margin goals, satisfaction scores, call volume projections, contractual bonus goals, and contractual client metric goals

What You Bring to the Role

• Associate degree or equivalent work or sales management experience
• Minimum 3 years sales call center or outbound sales management experience
• Continuously promote a performance-driven culture and always work towards reaching for amazing
• Consistently mentor and inspire others
• Engage and support your team in making sure they have the proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks
• Customer-focused mindset
