Job Responsibilities- Design and implement outbound sales strategies for international B2B clients
- Utilize and optimize advanced tech stack for campaign creation and execution
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client businesses to create targeted outreach campaigns
- Manage and enrich databases for precise customer segmentation
- Craft compelling, personalized copy for email campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and iterate for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the tech team to enhance our AI-powered tools and processes
- 3-8 years of professional experience in B2B sales
- Very good understanding of email outbound dynamics
- Proven track record of running successful outbound sales campaigns and acquiring international clients
- Proficiency in sales tools such as Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, OpenAI or similar platforms
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to dive deep into new technologies
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Fluency in English is essential
