Sales Operations Coordinator

Verisk is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Client Management team in the administration of sales and renewals processes. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services and products to our customers.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with finance and customer service to ensure sales invoices are accurate and comply with company policies.
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues that could delay payments, working closely with clients.
- Manage the onboarding process for ISO clients in regions including the US, UK, Japan, and others.
- Coordinate the project to automate ISO client onboarding.
- Maintain and update Salesforce records to track lead generation and opportunities.
- Review Salesforce and other data to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide administrative support for executing the UW Sales strategy for London Market clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong administrative abilities.
- Ability to build a good and trust-based relationship with internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail.
- Pro-active and Fast learner.
- Customer-focused.
- Effective workload management and task prioritization.
- Well-organized.
- Willing to work in a hybrid model as a full-time employee and grow within an insur-tech company.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Familiar with Lloyd's London Market.
- Knowledge of the UK and US insurance markets would be an asset.
