Job Title: Finance IT Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance IT Systems Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our Finance and IT Department, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and updates of our Finance Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Management: Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and updates of our Finance Systems, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
  • Project Estimation: Estimate time and resources required for project delivery and expected savings, enabling informed decision-making.
  • End-User Support: Provide expert assistance to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Documentation: Document new processes and ensure user training, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption.
  • Technology Expertise: Offer expert advice on technology improvements, leveraging your knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack to drive innovation.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors and technology partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal outcomes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis tasks, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5 or more years of experience in a finance systems-focused role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Qualifications: Qualified as a Certified Accountant, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Power BI, including M query and DAX, with advanced skills in SQL and expertise across the full Microsoft technology stack.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
