Job Title: Middle Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Middle Financial Manager to join our team at AgileEngine. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including contractor onboarding and offboarding, financial reporting, and vendor communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process contractor onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to contractors, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding operational financial issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Review and verify hours reports in our time tracking system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collect and process invoices from contractors and vendors, ensuring timely payment and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with the billing team to resolve finance-related queries and provide detailed financial company status.
  • Track and manage fixed assets in our internal systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Upper intermediate English skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A clear understanding of the current financial situation in the country, with analytical and research skills to stay up-to-date.
  • Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, and Google products, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or Accounting.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Strong soft and management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with running private entrepreneurship, with a proven track record of success.
  • The ability to work on multiple tasks with attention to detail, maintaining clear and accurate financial records.
  • A genuine interest in business and finance, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • An organized and methodical approach to working, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
