Join Our Team as a Financial Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Process Manager to join our team at the KION Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the group-wide harmonization, standardization, and automation of accounting and reporting processes with a special focus on the general ledger.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, introduce, manage, and control end-to-end processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Verify local process requirements and adapt them to group-wide standards
  • Develop templates for standardized processes and implement SAP S4/HANA
  • Train key users and ensure they are well-prepared for new processes and systems
  • Act as the central contact person for all KION companies on general ledger and accrual processes in the SAP S4/HANA Accrual Engine
Requirements:
  • Many years of professional experience in core processes of the general ledger, ideally with a focus on accrual processes
  • Degree in economics and sound accounting knowledge according to IFRS
  • Several years of experience with SAP FI/CO, ideally also in other modules or SAP S4/HANA, and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of classic or agile project methods is desirable
  • Strong communication skills and ability to act confidently in German and English, even in an international environment
  • Project-related international willingness to travel
