Financial Crime Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Crime Team Leader to join our team at ZEN. As a key member of our Financial Crime Operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with internal and external regulations regarding money laundering and other illegal activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procedures and internal processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage the performance of employees, ensuring adherence to KPIs and expectations
  • Conduct regular one-to-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop and optimize processes
  • Take ownership of complex problems and lead the team in resolving ongoing issues
  • Generate workflow reports and provide insights to improve resource planning

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in KYC/AML/Compliance
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in fintech, service operations, authorities, or banking fields
  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, multicultural, and multinational working environment
  • Goal-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
