About the Role

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Regional EHS Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive EHS management system across our operations in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate EHS risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS training programs, and provide technical guidance on EHS-related matters.
  • Manage and maintain EHS records, reports, and metrics to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of EHS performance.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans, and conduct regular drills and training exercises to ensure preparedness.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to EHS teams and stakeholders on EHS-related matters, and facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments, and provide recommendations for EHS policy and procedure updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices, including ISO 45001 and OSHA.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex EHS data and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS software applications.
