Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Product Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our product portfolio in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for market penetration in the EMEA region for assigned product lines.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to define key wins, share gain programs, and execute GTM strategies for faster response and empowerment.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and distributors to drive growth in the region.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and contribute to the product management roadmap strategy.
  • Represent customer and distributor needs (VOC) within the product management team to align strategies with market demands.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, product cost, and gross margin analysis to drive competitive advantage.
  • Lead business aspects of NPI and sustaining projects and resolve product and customer escalations related to delivery, quality, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with Operations to improve delivery performance and ensure financial execution of the regional P&L, including bookings, billings, and operational expenses.
  • Drive pipeline growth and conversion with a focus on portfolio strategy and value drivers, ensuring countries meet growth actions and business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, segment marketing, application engineering, and/or sales ideally in the industrial market.
  • Proven history of meeting/exceeding performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant P&L management experience.
  • Business acumen combined with entrepreneurial mind-set.
  • Customer focus with solution-oriented thinking.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to convey complex information to all stakeholder levels.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and drive for results.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build credible relationships with multiple organizational functions.
