Job Title: Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager

HedgeServ is a leading global fund administrator, providing innovative solutions to the alternative investment industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the closed-end fund accounting process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of NAV calculations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with the Private Equity Director and Managing Director to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of up to 10 employees, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Investigate accounting implications of new products and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the audit process, ensuring timely and successful completion of fund audits.
  • Participate in the development and presentation of fund accounting training, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Hedge Fund Administration firm, with at least 2 years at supervisor level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong systems, product, and process knowledge, with experience in Investran a plus.
  • Committed to delivering results, with a strong client focus and stakeholder management skills.
