Job Description

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Growth Team to execute and scale our user acquisition efforts across various channels. We seek candidates with a strong sense of ownership who enjoy taking projects from ideation to execution. We value individuals who demonstrate an attitude for learning quickly and being agile.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Initiatives: Plan and implement marketing initiatives to increase awareness of the brand, products, and IT services.
  • Marketing Strategy: Support the development and implementation of a marketing strategy along with strategies for launching products and services in the IT market.
  • Event Management: Organise and manage marketing events, webinars, and workshops.
  • Campaign Analysis: Measure and analyse the effectiveness of online campaigns.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep up to date with best practice in the IT industry.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to uncover key customer insights that drive our product positioning and ideas for new features or benefits.
  • Product Communications: Create product communications with a focus on sales targets.
  • Social Media: Set publication schedules and execute social media strategies.
  • Content Marketing: Execute content marketing activities independently to build an expert image and attract sales leads organically.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience in digital marketing for the B2B sector.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience of working in the IT/tech industry.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM and CMS tools.
  • Creativity: Creativity and open-mindedness.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage marketing projects, including coordination of online and offline activities.
  • User Behaviour: Understanding of user behaviour and implementing it into campaigns.
  • Initiative: Motivation and ambition to work on own initiative.
  • Language Skills: English - level C1-C2 (spoken and written); Polish - level C1-C2 (spoken and written).
  • Time Management: Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and organisational skills.
