**Our Expectations**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Market Access (Eastern Region).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market access, with experience in managing multiple countries simultaneously and a deep understanding of pricing mechanisms and regulations in the East Region (ER).

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and activities that enable Santen to secure optimal national reimbursement at optimal prices for our current and future products in ER.

This includes analyzing local Market Access changes/trends that will influence access, creating and maintaining a strategic market access plan for Santen both pre- and post-launch, and building and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

The position holder will work closely with the ER Leadership Team, ER CFT team, Cluster Heads, and Country Managers to achieve these objectives.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**

  • Minimum of 5 years market access experience in healthcare/life science industry managing multiple countries at the same time.
  • Knowledge of pricing mechanisms and regulations in ER. Deep knowledge and experience with Price and Reimbursement related stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English plus a minimum of one local language: Polish/Czech/Slovak/Hungarian/Bulgarian/Romanian.
  • Master's degree in healthcare, science, or business-related discipline.
  • Ability to manage a large number of external relationships. Understanding of P&MA stakeholder's interests, way of thinking, and decision-making.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally as one team, navigate large complex organizations, and manage a high number of senior internal customers.
