We are currently hiring a Category Manager, Facilities and Real Estate, to be responsible for managing expenditures, strategic planning, and initiatives within the Facilities & Real Estate Category.

The successful candidate will have experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) and CAPEX procurement, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities will include managing stakeholder and supplier engagement for services such as Janitorial, Pest Control, Waste Management, Office Supplies, Utilities, and Archiving & Shredding.

The Category Manager will support the category strategy, lead sourcing projects, influence specifications, and oversee supplier performance and innovation.

The role is based in Poland or UK and reports directly to the Facilities & Real Estate GCM.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related scientific/technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years in a procurement environment
  • Strong business engagement and influence skills
  • Value delivery and supplier performance and risk management skills
  • Fluency in English
