About the Job:

This role requires a Senior Omnichannel/Campaign Manager to lead and execute Omnichannel campaigns for our esteemed clients while contributing to the growth and development of our services in this area. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and other teams to drive success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with international clients, aligning with their primary objectives.
  • Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for key clients.
  • Maintain effective internal communication, translating client requirements into seamless cross-functional team actions.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign success.
  • Analyze campaign results and propose improvements.
  • Accumulate best practices in campaign planning and management to share with the team and client.
  • Drive global/regional campaign development projects.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Omnichannel to enhance our Omnichannel Strategy and Transformation offerings.
  • Act as an internal advocate and educator on these offerings.
  • Support Sales in pitching and converting leads into sales.
  • Contribute to project approach development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Omnichannel and digital marketing.
  • Necessary experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or FMCG industries.
  • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate), with additional languages a plus.
  • Omnichannel experience in brand planning, communication, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Affinity with enabling technologies for content deployment at scale.
  • Modular approaches to campaign deployment.
  • Global/Regional marketing strategy development.
  • Strong communication and customer-centric skills.
  • Project management and marketing experience.
  • Continuous learning and adaptability.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility in fast-paced environments.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
