Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day facilities management support, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure optimal availability and efficiency.
- Support administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- Contribute to the Facilities Manager and administrative team on various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in facilities or office administration.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Polish.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to organize workload effectively.
- Exceptional English language proficiency (both spoken and written).
- Digital literacy.
