Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to join our Intelligent Operations team in Warsaw. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools. As a key member of our team, you will design, implement, and maintain our internal observability platform to provide critical insights into application and infrastructure performance at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage Agile and DevOps practices to drive continuous improvement of our observability platform, related systems, and processes.
  • Manage and deploy infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Continuously improve CI/CD configuration (GitHub + Azure DevOps) to enable fast, reliable, and secure code deployments.
  • Drive platform scalability, resiliency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and implementing improvements in code and architecture.
  • Design, implement, and deploy new platform capabilities directly or via internal and external partners.
  • Provide technical leadership and coaching to extended teams.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and initiatives to adopt our observability platform for various internal clients and ensure observability is integrated throughout their software development lifecycle.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in software engineering or a relevant technical field.
  • Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Go).
  • Ability to debug code and automate routine tasks.
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of application containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Working knowledge of networking (load balancing, subnetting, firewalls, proxies, TCP/IP stack).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the observability space.
