Job Overview:
As an Enterprise IT Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global supply chain infrastructure. With a strong background in SAP technologies and experience in designing and implementing end-to-end business processes, you will lead the development of our ERP system and guide teams towards maintaining a high-quality system.

About the Role:
Sonova Warsaw Service Center Sp. z o.o. is currently seeking a highly experienced professional to fill this critical position. As a key member of our technical IT quality management process, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect and develop our SAP Business Systems, ensuring seamless integration across multiple locations worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Translate enterprise architecture into high-level IT solution architecture, aligning with our IT strategy
  • Perform feasibility studies, prototype preliminary solutions, and present to stakeholders
  • Facilitate high-level requirements engineering and business process design (E2E)
  • Ensure global best practices are implemented for new processes and requirements
  • Develop detailed IT solution architecture for new processes and gaps
  • Support project initiation, drive completion of project orders, and align business models


Requirements:
  • At least 8+ years of experience in S/4HANA decentralized EWM, SAP Transportation Management, and SAP GTS modules
  • Proficiency in inventory management, delivery processing, import/export trade processes, and integration with subsequent SAP modules SD, LE, SCM
  • Experience with S/4HANA brown-, blue-, greenfield conversion and implementation is an advantage
  • Well-versed in agile project implementation methodologies with focus on Agile project methods and SAFE
  • Extensive experience in managing multiple end-to-end project lifecycles for implementing SAP business systems
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, functioning effectively both as a team player and independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex global environments with ease
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Estimated Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
