About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in financial management, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate, construction, or services industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Manage and analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support
- Strong accounting and financial reporting background, with a solid understanding of corporate taxation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in financial modeling and analysis
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
