BNY Mellon is seeking a talented individual to join our Data and Analytics Product team as a Vice President, Solutions Consulting I. This role is based in Wroclaw, Poland and operates with a hybrid work model.

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic thinker who can drive our connectivity capabilities to enable integration of BNYM and third-party vendor content to Data Vault. You'll develop a client-focused, strategic approach to building product requirements across features and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a client-focused, strategic approach to building product requirements across features and capabilities.
  • Drive our connectivity capabilities to enable integration of BNYM and third-party vendor content to Data Vault.
  • Build successful partnerships with asset servicing business teams, engineering, product, external vendors, and clients.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities through market research, client interviews, solution design, and process mapping.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology, or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years with Investment Management data domains such as Securities, Accounting, Custody, Analytics, Transfer Agency, Performance, and Reference data.
  • Minimum 3 years in business and data analysis.
  • Intermediate SQL experience required.
  • Experience with private markets or wealth management a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with ETL/ELT, Kafka, Micro-services, or Snowflake is a plus.
  • Product Management or product development experience a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
